Concierge

A private buyer's agent for the luxury-car market.

How it works

The Concierge takes a written brief: the cars on the shortlist, the budget, the timeline, the regional constraints, and any preferences on color, options, mileage, or provenance. The team then surveys the market — manufacturer allocations for new cars, certified pre-owned inventory across dealer networks, and the auction and private-sale market for collector-grade pieces.

Once a car is identified, the Concierge negotiates the price and terms, coordinates a pre-purchase inspection through an independent specialist, arranges enclosed transport, and reviews all paperwork before signing.

The fee

Flat finder's fee, one to three percent of the transaction, disclosed before any work begins. No dealer commissions, no kickbacks, no hidden margin on insurance or financing referrals.

How does the Concierge make money?

The Concierge charges a flat finder's fee on completed purchases — typically one to three percent of the transaction depending on segment. The fee is disclosed before any work begins. The Concierge does not accept commissions from dealers.

When will the Concierge launch?

The Concierge service is in private development and will open to a limited intake group later in 2026. Submitting the form below adds you to the waitlist — there is no charge to join.

Do I have to be in one of the listed cities?

No. The first ten cities have on-the-ground market intelligence; the Concierge can serve any US buyer. International buyers are handled case-by-case.
